2017-2018 SEASON CONCERT SCHEDULE
Below you will find the schedule for the upcoming choral season. Please make every effort to be present for all rehearsals leading up to our concerts. Two rehearsal absences are excused per concert series; however, our rehearsals are few and expectations are high, so attendance is very important. Sections leaders must be notified of any absences. In addition, Chris should be notified of any necessary concert absences. Your section leaders are:

New this year, our Spring concert series will be held after Easter with the idea that some of our audience may “winter” outside of Michigan between Christmas and Easter. Therefore, spring series rehearsals will begin later than in prior years on March 5, 2018. We hope members will enjoy the extended break as well.

RETURNING AND NEW SINGERS!
We are actively recruiting new singers to ensure sufficient coverage in all voices. We always assume if you sang with us last season that you are returning. If that is not the case, please contact your section leader now so we can ensure that we are at an optimum number of singers for this season.
Please share this information with prospective new singers and invite them to audition for DLS. Membership in the Lutheran Church is not a requirement, but we prefer everyone be Christian. Norma Sander will be coordinating auditions with Chris. Additionally, auditions can be scheduled prior to the first rehearsal for each concert series.
